Super Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This Easy Chicken Pot Pie Bisquick version is one of my family’s favorite dinners.

1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup (or equivalent of my homemade cream soup mix)
1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup baking mix, such as Bisquik
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp butter, melted
