Super Salad

My take on a Super Salad, that's healthy, with healthy greens and vegetables of all kinds.

3 stalks romaine lettuce
2 cups power greens (chard, kale, and spinach)
1/2 avocado
5 grape tomotoes
3 baby squash sun burst and zucchini
1/2 roasted red peppers (chopped)
1/8 cup sliced green olives
1 english cucumber (sliced)
1 beet (sliced)
3 radishes
feta cheese
Slice romaine and place on plate with power greens. Add tomatoes, squash, olives, and radishes. Slice and fan out avocado on one side and place sliced beets in between avocado, with the tomatoes at the end....
