This flavorful Thai vegetable curry is easy to make and has an amazing taste that most people love. If there are any picky eaters in your family, surprise them with this dish!

1 Medium Leek (cleaned)
3 Large Carrots
1 Small Courgette
200g Pumpkin (peeled and diced)
1 Small Red Pepper
1 Can Coconut Milk
1Tsp Thai Curry Paste
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Mustard
1Tsp Coriander
2Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Mixed Spice
100ml Water
Salt & Pepper
3 Large Carrots
1 Small Courgette
200g Pumpkin (peeled and diced)
1 Small Red Pepper
1 Can Coconut Milk
1Tsp Thai Curry Paste
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Mustard
1Tsp Coriander
2Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Mixed Spice
100ml Water
Salt & Pepper
Peel your carrots. Dice your leek, red pepper, carrots and courgette.
Place your vegetables into the soup maker and add your water and coconut milk.
