Blueberry Protein Smoothie made with zucchini! High protein, high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. An on the go smoothie, perfect for breakfast and a great way to sneak in vegetables! Gluten Free + Vegan + Paleo option

1/2 cup blueberries ( frozen )
1 cup zucchini ( chopped )
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
handful of ice
stevia to taste
1 tbsp shredded coconut
  1. Add all ingredients except shredded coconut to a blender and combine until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a glass, add shredded coconut and enjoy!
