A protein packed smoothie that will start your day off right.
1/2 cup strawberries ( fresh or frozen )
1/4 cup blueberries ( fresh )
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice
Using a kitchen blender, add the beets, strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, flax seeds, honey and ice and mix on high for 1 minute to incorporate.
