!Jam:
300 g (3 cups) blackberries ( fresh or frozen )
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
!Cookies:
125 g (1/2 cup) butter ( room temperature )
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 egg
200 g plain all-purpose flour ( 1 + 2/3 cups )
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
!Glaze:
1 tablespoon water
