This one skillet Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe brings crunchy pan fried chicken together with sweet bell peppers and pineapple in a lightly sweetened sauce. It is a family favorite and comes together in about thirty minutes.

1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/4 pounds chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1/3 cup cornstarch
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion large dice
1 green pepper seeded large dice
1 red pepper seeded large dice
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple large dice
2 pinches crushed red pepper
salt to taste
Cooked Rice or Chinese noodles
2 tablespoons water
