The secret of any great sweet and sour pork is found in its sauce. It has the sour component from the vinegar playing against the sweet flavors from the sugar and catsup.

Sweet and Sour Pork:
250 grams Pork kasim ( sliced thinly )
1 teaspoon Liquid Seasoning
1 cup Water with 4 pieces ice cubes
1 cup All-purpose flour
2 cups Palm oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1/2 cup Banana catsup
1/4 cup Pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon Liquid Seasonig
1 tablespoon Palm oil
1 piece Onion ( quartered )
1/2 piece Red Bell Pepper ( seeded and cut into triangles )
1/2 piece Green Bell Pepper ( seeded and cut into triangles )
