This sweet and creamy apple and butternut squash soup tastes amazing and boasts a ton of nutrients. Using apples in soup may seem unusual, but the end result is incredible.

1 Small Onion
200g Butternut Squash
50g Pumpkin
1Tsp Cumin
2Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Mixed Spice
