1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder

2 sweet potatoes ( sliced 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness )
1/2 cup white onion ( diced finely )
1 tbsp rosemary
