This sweet potato souffle with pecans recipe will enhance any Thanksgiving menu! Creamy sweet potatoes are topped with pecans, cinnamon, coconut sugar and baked to perfection.

2 pounds sweet potatoes ( large dice )
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup pecans ( chopped )
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
