Marinade :
1 1/4 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 1/4 tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
to taste Salt
to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Asian Slaw :
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Fresh Ginger ( grated )
1 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce
4 cups Napa Cabbage ( finely shredded )
2 cups Red Cabbage ( finely shredded )
1 cup Carrots ( shredded )
1/4 cup Green Onions ( thinly sliced )
1/4 cup Cilantro ( chopped )
1 Asian Pear ( halved, cored, and sliced into thin strips )
