1/2 red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 t chili powder
1 t smoked paprika
1 t ground cumin
1 t kosher salt
1/2 t dried oregano

2 1/2 c taco sauce
1 3/4 c water
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 c uncooked long grain white rice
15.25 oz can corn
juice from 1 lime
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef
