18 oz Brussels sprouts ( washed and cleaned )
1 1/2 cups Red grapes ( washed )
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme ( substitute 1/2 tsp. dried )
1/4 cup Walnuts ( chopped )
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
6 side servings

Preheat the oven to 4250 F (2200 C).
