A tender, buttery, sweet cake with swirls of cinnamon & sugar throughout the cake then topped off with a delicious glaze. It's out of this world!

FOR THE CAKE:
2 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 box ( 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix )
½ cup butter ( softened )
¼ cup vegetable or canola oil
4 large eggs, room temp.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
½ tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup granulated sugar
FOR THE FILLING:
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ tablespoon cinnamon
FOR THE GLAZE:
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp. softened butter ( super softened )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5 tablespoons heavy cream
