A layer of Brownie Brittle makes this caramel fudge a decadent choice to make. Perfect for any holiday dessert trays!

For the Crust
1 bag Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle
6 Tablespoons butter ( melted )
For the Fudge
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
3/4 cup Dulce de Leche
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips + 2 Tablespoons for garnish
