Two times the eggnog makes this an amazing holiday breakfast choice.

1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup eggnog

1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons eggnog
