An easy to make soup with sweet flavor with hints of spice!

1 Butternut Squash
1/2 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 White Potatoes
3 cups Vegetable Broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Curry Powder
