It's time to make a super easy, super tasty cherry tomato salad with a warm garlic and shallot dressing. It's delicious. It's all about tasting.
3 c cherry tomatoes ( halved )
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ( plus extra for drizzling )
2 small shallots ( chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( sliced )
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp chili pepper flakes
1/2 c Italian flat leaf parsley ( chopped )
1/2 c feta cheese crumbled ( optional )
Chives ( optional )
French baguette ( optional )
1/2 tsp salt

Thai Street Food Made at Home – Crazy Easy and Crazy Delicious in 30 Minutes

Bangkok is known as the tropical capital of Thailand, but it's also known for its street food. This recipe will give you a glimpse of their cuisine.
3/4 lb ground pork or ground turkey
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1 habanero, finely chopped - or bird's eye chili, if you can find it
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
1/4 c mint leaves - use your hands to tear it apart, it releases the oils beautifully
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
juice from 1 lime
Maldon salt to taste
1 shallot, thinly sliced
