This Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie with Chocolate Ganache is decadent, divine and incredibly delicious. So simple to make, it’s the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Oreo Crust:
25 Oreo Cookies ( crushed to fine crumbs )
4 tablespoons butter ( melted )
Cream Cheese Filling:
12 ounces cream cheese ( at room temperature )
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs ( at room temperature )
1 cup fresh raspberries
Chocolate Ganache:
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. milk chocolate chips
