Delicious Crawfish Boil

This craw fish recipe is worth trying, a new way of incorporating flavor into the typical creole recipe. If you love the food of New Orleans, try this unique take.

You can add other spices such as marjoram, cumin seeds, and cinnamon to add some more yumminess. The recipe can be tweaked with shrimp, crab, and other shellfish. You can also add some chili flakes to intensify the heat. You can even use different kinds of potatoes and yam to add body to the recipe.

1 tbsp peppercorns
2 tbsp whole cloves
1 tbsp five spice
1 pound salt
5 gallons water
(4 tbsp) smoked paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
6 piece dried bay leaves

2 pounds sweet corn
2 pounds Chorizo
