All the deliciousness of a mint brownie in fudge-like cookie form! These four-ingredient cookies involve a doctored-up brownie mix, are dipped in the most phenomenal mint frosting, and couldn’t be easier to make! These impressive-looking yummies will win praises galore!
1 Box (18 oz.) brownie mix (I used Duncan Hines)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
1/4 c. butter ( softened )
Mint Frosting:
3 c. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
