Have a weekend-looking meal on a busy week night with these easy Tex Mex Stuffed Shells!

1 pound ground beef ( cooked, drained, and crumbled )
1 bell pepper ( diced )
1 onion ( diced )
1 clove garlic ( minced )
1 jalapeño, diced finely, seeds and membranes removed
2 cups Campbell\'s Soups for Easy Cooking, separated
14-15 large pasta shells ( cooked )
Cheddar Cheese ( shredded )
Sour cream ( green onions, lettuce, and tomatoes for garnish optional )
