Incredibly delicious and packed with so many healthy ingredients, this Avocado & Black Bean Salad with Lime-Cumin Dressing will be the hit at any party. Perfect as a side dish or can be eaten with tortilla chips.

Salad:
2 cans Black beans
3 fresh corn, blanched and cut off cob
1 English cucumber, diced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup chopped, fresh cilantro,
2 large avocados, diced
Lime-Cumin Dressing:
3 limes, juiced
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons spice mix
Spice Mix::
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder garlic powder
8 to 10
