Creamy Mango Panna Cotta Recipe

An easy summer dessert that will satisfy your taste buds on a hot afternoon. You can also serve this as a shot glass dessert at events and family gatherings. You can use evaporated milk instead of heavy cream. Evaporated milk is a canned milk product that has about 55%-60% less water than regular milk. It is thicker and creamier than regular milk. As lower calorie alternative to heavy cream, use equal parts evaporated milk and heavy cream in the recipe.

1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup mango puree
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 packet Gelatin

1 - Pour heavy cream, milk, mango puree, and 1/4 cup sugar into a small saucepan.

2 - Stir to dissolve the sugar on low heat.

3 - The cream should be around 190-200 degrees...
