From there, the oats are either rolled or steel-cut. Everyone knows oatmeal is a nutritious ingredient. It is versatile and can be added to different dishes such as pastries and bread.

2 cups water
1 cup steel-cut Irish Oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz pear
