Herbaceous Homemade Tater Tots

Say goodbye to those frozen bags of tater tots. This tater tot recipe is way better than the store-bought and an excellent kid-friendly recipe that adults go crazy for too. This homemade tater tot recipe is easier to make than you think, for a perfect afternoon snack idea.

Homemade tater tots are the best if you are looking for a great snack for your kids. It can be dipped into garlic sour cream or even a bbq sauce for a perfect snack and appetizer.

2 pounds potatoes
tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 ounce rosemary sprigs
3 cup vegetable oil

Thai Duck Curry

This savory duck curry is full of saucy goodness. For me, this could be a great brunch dish with bread to sop up the goodness. It could be a good lunch potluck dish. Or, a family dinner meal.

If you want to add a bit more flavor, add a bit of fresh basil and cilantro to the top before serving. A bit of fresh herbs in each bite will make the dish pop even more.

3/4 pound Duck breast
1/2 pound potatoes
2 Cups water
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Stalk Lemongrass
