Spicy Green Goddess Halloumi Sandwich made with an easy homemade herb and avocado spread, then piled on hearty bread for a quick, delicious, and healthy sandwich.

Spicy Green Goddess Spread:
1/2 avocado
1/2 small jalapano ( seeds removed )
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup dill
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup basil
1 clove garlic
1 scallion
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
salt ( to taste )
Sandwich:
8 slices bread
8 slices halloumi
1 cup power greens
1 cucumber ( sliced )
