Seafoam Candy (also known as Sponge Candy, Honeycomb, Sponge Toffee)
My love for this candy came from my mom who loved it herself and was always excited when we found it somewhere--usually a little candy shoppe on vacation. I tried, combined and tweaked a couple of different recipes and came up with this one that tastes totally authentic!
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 tsp baking soda--sifted
1 bag milk chocolate chips
