Try this Peach Shortcake recipe for dessert. It satisfies every craving - it's sweet, creamy, nutty, and crazy delicious!
Pound Cake:
2 sticks butter, softened
3 c sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
lemon rind from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
vegetable shortening, for greasing pan
Peaches:
1/2 peach, per person
1 Tbsp brown sugar, per person
Cream Cheese Whipped Cream, 2 servings:
2 Tbsp cream cheese

1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Additional Toppings:
honey
pistachio nuts
