If you are like me and always forget to marinate your meat a couple of hours before dinner, you will love this recipe because no marinading time is needed, but it is full of amazing flavor!
6-8 boneless ( skinless chicken breasts or thighs )
2 teaspoons olive oil
Rub:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ ( ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper depending on how hot you like it - I usually do ½ teaspoon )
Glaze:
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
