The wonderful flavors of chickpeas, tomatoes, healthy spinach, and avocado slices fused into one delectable homemade salad. Everybody loves a wilted spinach salad recipe. And this one is diet-friendly too. A perfect side dish idea for a great wine pairing dinner. You can add chopped shallots to add an additional tangy flavor. Our suggestion is to use white wine vinegar. But, you may use apple cider vinegar instead. Adding some lemon juice or grapefruit juice will add a cool citrusy flavor.
1 lb cherry tomatoes
15 oz cooked chickpeas
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
17 oz baby spinach
1/2 cup slivered black olives
12 oz avocado slices
Salt and pepper to taste

1 - Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
