Strawberry Lime White Chocolate Gooey Bars are the perfect spring or summer time treat!
1 (15.25 oz) box Strawberry Cake Mix
1 stick unsalted butter ( softened )
1 egg ( room temperature )
1 lime ( zested and juiced )
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
lime zest for top of bars ( if desired )
