These muffins are just delicious, with sweet blueberries, a hint of zesty citrus, and crunchy crumbly brown sugar baked on top!
Ingredients for Muffins:
2 c flour
1-1/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c butter ( softened )
1 tsp lemon zest
2 eggs
3/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c blueberries

4 Tbsp butter ( melted )
1/4 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar ( packed )
1/4 c granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
