This dreamy frozen Strawberry Cheesecake dessert with a cookie and pecan crust will become a summertime favorite! It\\\\\\\'s so refreshing and bursting with strawberry flavor from an infusion of Outshine® Bars!
Crust:
2 c. crushed vanilla wafer cookies
6 Tbsp. butter ( melted )
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Layer:
2 pkgs ( 8 oz. each cream cheese, softened )
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Outshine® Strawberry Fruit Bars
1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping ( thawed )
1/2 c. strawberry jam for swirling on top

6 Tbsp. butter ( melted )
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Layer:
2 pkgs ( 8 oz. each cream cheese, softened )
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Outshine® Strawberry Fruit Bars
1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping ( thawed )
1/2 c. strawberry jam for swirling on top
