Easy Grilled Vegetables are the perfect recipe when you want a quick, flavorful side dish on your grill! It's a mix of peppers, zucchini, summer squash, red onion, and mushrooms. Perfectly seasoned with spices and balsamic vinegar then grilled for the ultimate flavor. It pairs perfectly with steak, pork, chicken or any main dish that's hot off the grill! 1 yellow summer squash
1 red onion
8 oz baby bella mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
