2 tablespoons Hung curd
1 tablespoon Gram flour
1 teaspoon Kasoori methi
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
(½ teaspoon) Jeera powder
2 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
to taste Salt
2-3 teaspoons Oil
1 cup Cauliflower
