1 pound white fish (catfish, tilapia, cod, halibut, etc)
1 tbs fresh grated garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric (fresh preferred)
2 tbsp dry coriander powder
1 tbsp tandoori masala (I like Raja Brand)
1 tsp black pepper
red chili powder
oil
cilantro for garnishment
salt
