This veggie meatballs recipe is guaranteed crowd-pleaser and can serve either an appetizer or a main dish.

3 cups cauliflower ( florets )
3 cups quinoa or brown rice ( cooked )
3/4 cup dry ingredients ( out flour, almond meal, breadcrumbs, etc )
4 eggs
1 tbsp chili powder, paprika, or cumin ( spices )
2 tbsp salt
olive oil ( enough to cover the bottom of a frying pan with a thin coating )
