1 lb ground chicken
1 red bell pepper ( diced )
6 large eggs
6 large egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups tater tots
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp low fat shredded cheddar cheese
