These Teriyaki Chicken Pineapple Bowls are a showstopper. Beautiful, easy to make, and crazy delicious - everyone will love!

1 medium pineapple
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 large orange (for juice)
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 lb (450g) boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs , cut into pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil , for cooking
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch (mixed with 3 tablespoons water)
white rice
chopped green onion , for sprinkling
sesame seeds , for sprinkling
