Teriyaki chicken skewers

With just a few ingredients like soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ginger and garlic, this teryiaki chicken skewers are the best thing to try this summer on your BBQ. Absolutely yummy!

600 g chicken breast or thighs
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Ginger grated
1 tbsp Garlic grated
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce or maple syrup
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Worchester sauce
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Ginger grated
1 tbsp Garlic grated
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce or maple syrup
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Worchester sauce
1. Cut the chicken into cubes. I use breast but chicken thighs are amazing too.
2. Add all the sauces into a bowl, mix well and put the chicken cubes into it. allow to marinade for at least 1 hour....
