These Teriyaki Steak Tips get their delicious flavor from a simple 5 ingredient marinade that is sure to make this recipe a family favorite.

1 and 1/2 pounds sirloin tips (or sirloin strips cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 tablespoon oil
For the marinade:
1/3 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1/4 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion, finely diced
