Tex-Mex Biscuits

Add flavor to your breakfast sandwich with these Tex-Mex biscuits. Make 2 batches. One for now and one for the freezer. These biscuits will make weekend entertaining easy.

For the Biscuit:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup sour cream
5 to 6 tablespoons water
1/2 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe's is the BEST)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
For the Topping:
1 to 2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
