Texas Chili

This thick Texas Chili recipe is an easy dinner that's packed with hearty chunks of meat and bold, zesty seasoning. Simmer a big pot to serve a crowd, or freeze extra chili for another day. A cozy bowl is delicious with a side of cornbread and all of your favorite toppings!

10 cups
4 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
3 T vegetable oil
1 onion
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves garlic
3 T chili powder
2 T cumin
1 t dried oregano
4 c beef broth
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 T tomato paste
2 t sugar
2 T fresh lime juice
