1 Double 8 Cattle Fullblood Wagyu Sirloin Tip Steak ( sliced thin against the grain )
3 tbsp Grapeseed Oi ( divided )
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil ( divided )
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 Sweet Onion ( julienned )
1 Red Bell Pepper ( seeded julienned )
6 Garlic Cloves ( minced finely )
1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves
Sauce:
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TSP Dark Soy Sauce
1 TSP Oyster Sauce
1 TBSP Fish Sauce
1 TSP Corn Starch
Jasmine Rice:
3 cup Water
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Jasmine Rice
