1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp thai red curry paste
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp oil
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
