1 lb chicken breast ( boneless, skinless )
1 tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chicken broth ( reduced sodium )
2 tbsp coconut aminos ( or soy sauce )
2 tbsp ginger
1 jalapeno
For the Wraps:
8 cups butter lettuce
1/2 cup red cabbage ( shredded )
1/2 red bell pepper ( chopped )
