Thai Style Coleslaw

This is a great twist to your same old coleslaw. Perfect side for enchilada, taco night or sesame chicken!

1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup peanut oil

Slaw:
1 bag of coleslaw mix
5 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
roasted, salted peanuts, chopped
Combine all the dressing ingredients into a large bowl and whisk well together until the mixture comes all together. In a bowl, add the ingredients for the slaw, except for the peanuts, and toss together...
