A great way to change up a ground beef dish. These wonderful flavors come together nicely in this Thai Style Ground Beef.

Cooking spray or Olive Oil
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound lean ground sirloin
1 teaspoon red curry paste (such as Thai Kitchen)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
Chopped cilantro
Chopped green onions (optional)
Serve with lime wedges
